1. Company Information

MaitrisAI is an AI consulting and training firm operated by BERRAHAL MOHAMMED, based in Oujda, Morocco. We deliver services worldwide through remote and on-site formats.

2. Scope of Services

MaitrisAI offers the following services:

• B2B Training programs — in-house and remote AI training for decision-makers and technical teams.
• B2C Individual Training — online courses and programmes designed for individuals seeking to develop AI skills at their own pace. Access is subject to registration and applicable fees.
• AI Consulting — strategy, audit, and roadmap definition for organisations adopting AI.
• Custom AI Development — design and deployment of AI agents, RAG systems, and workflow automation.
• Free AI Audit — a complimentary 15-minute diagnostic session with no commitment.

2a. B2C Training — Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to individual (B2C) training programmes offered by MaitrisAI:

• Eligibility — B2C programmes are open to any individual aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Access — Upon payment confirmation, you will receive access credentials within 48 working hours. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Programme availability — Some programmes are currently listed as Coming Soon. Joining the waiting list is free and carries no commitment. You will be notified by email when enrolment opens.
• Modifications — MaitrisAI reserves the right to update programme content to reflect the latest developments in AI. Core objectives will not be altered without prior notice to enrolled participants.
• Code of conduct — Participants agree not to reproduce, resell, or publicly share course materials without written authorisation from MaitrisAI.

3. Quotes and Contracts

All services are subject to a written quote accepted by the client before any engagement begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed quote or purchase order constitutes a binding contract between MaitrisAI and the client.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the quote:

• A deposit of 50% is due upon signing the quote.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion of the service.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

B2C Individual Training — Payment: Individual programmes are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless a specific instalment plan is offered. We accept payment by bank transfer and major online payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

For B2B training sessions and consulting engagements:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date are fully refunded.
• Cancellations between 7 and 14 days are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

B2C Individual Training — Cancellation & Refunds:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the programme content.
• After 14 days or beyond the 20% access threshold, no refund will be issued; however, you retain lifetime access to the content purchased.
• In the event that a Coming Soon programme is cancelled before launch, all waitlist members who pre-paid will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, documentation, methodologies, and content created by MaitrisAI remain the intellectual property of MaitrisAI unless explicitly transferred in writing. Custom software and AI systems developed specifically for the client are transferred upon full payment. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use provided materials for internal purposes only.

7. Confidentiality

MaitrisAI treats all client data, business information, and technical details shared during engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any such information to third parties without the client's prior written consent. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request before any exchange of sensitive information.

8. Data Security

When working with client data as part of AI development projects, MaitrisAI applies industry best practices including encrypted storage, access controls, and deployment on client-controlled infrastructure when required. Client data is never used to train third-party AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

MaitrisAI's liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of AI systems developed or recommended by MaitrisAI. The client is responsible for validating AI outputs before use in production environments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oujda, Morocco, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to These Terms

MaitrisAI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
